Q   Are you an Australian Company?

A    Yes, we are a 100% Australian owned family business,based in Perth, ABN:27903648032.

 

Q   How much is shipping, and how long will it take?

A    We have FREE standard shipping for store wide.  It take  4-7 working days.  Expedited shipping option of AU$15 is available when check out and delivery time is about 3-5 working days.    

 

Q    Do you have a showroom / retail store?

A     No, we're an online only retailer in Perth.  Feel free contact us for any questions.

 

Q   Do I need to register as a customer to purchase online?

A   No, you can check out as a guest.  It is advisable to register as a customer when checking out so you can log in and check previous orders, etc. 

 

Q   Can I return items if I have ordered wrong size/wrong colour etc.?

A    Yes, go to our easy return policy to find out more.

 

Q   Do you have bulk discount pricing?

A    We have some bulk discount packs available. Please contact us to check availability and large volume discounts.  Also check our SALE page for some great bargains.

 

Q How do I track my order?

Standard orders dispatch in 1-3 working days after your payment clears.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email as the order is processed through our dispatch system and this email will have a link to Track Your Order.

 

Q What currency are the prices on the website?

All prices listed on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Q Will I be charged GST?

All prices on the website include GST for Australian residents.  For international orders, GST will not be applied.
