RETURN POLICY

• If you are not satisfied for any reason with any qualified product you purchase you may return your purchase for a replacement, credit or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Personalized items do not accept return, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.

• We do not refund original shipping cost, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. We do not refund postage on change of mind returns.

• Return items that have been damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Click Contact Us to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement or exchange, or a refund.

Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please return the item/items to us in their original condition, along with your name and order number. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address.

WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

JoyAus will pay for the return postage in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by JoyAus to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT IS THE RETURN & REFUND PROCESS?

All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been proceeded, the funds will be credited back to your original bank account or online payment account. Please allow 3-7 working days for the refund to appear in the account used to make the purchase.
