We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it's really important that you love your purchase from our online store. If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, we will gladly refund your item/s.

Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, we will then credit according to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by us. Please allow 5-7 working days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
Once your order has been received and the refund has been processed, you will receive an email from our customer care section.
Return items that have been damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping cost, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. We do not refund postage on change of mind returns.

Please return the item/items to us in their original condition within 60 days of receiving your order, along with your name and order number. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address.
1. Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
2. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3 business days from receiving the return address.
3. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, the funds will be credited back to your original bank account or online payment account.
Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in an unacceptable condition.
